Design follows function and sets new standards

In order to maintain and achieve highest standards of hygiene, unique flavors as well as the flow of the brewing process, an integrated system was developed by the Trumer private brewery Josef Sigl and its master brewer. A cleverly devised and hardly visible ring is firmly installed underneath the tank bottom. Carbon dioxide is sucked away during the fermentation process. The cleaning follows precisely timed sequences within which various detergents are discharged from the nozzles, running down the tank wall. The stainless steel surface receives an automatic cleaning.

The pilsner beer, made by creative brewer Axel Kiesbye, is the finest the Trumer private brewery has to offer and also one of the world’s best.
Christian Gresser exclusively fits and installs these patented systems.
